Frederick, Md (KM) A Hagerstown man was arrested in Frederick on Friday for drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dennis Richard Gladhill, 23, was taken into custody following a traffic stop.
Frederick Police say they observed Gladhill commit several traffic violations in the area of Opposumtown Pike and Heather Ridge Drive. Officers conducted a traffic stop on Route 15 southbound by the I-70 ramp. Gladhill agreed to a vehicle search.
Authorities says they found a silver cylinder with more than six pills which were later identified as Oxycodone Hydrochloride tablets. He was placed under arrest for possessing medications without a prescription.
