Frederick Police Make A DUI Arrest At Fairgrounds
Frederick, Md. (DG)- Frederick Police arrested a man Sunday night for driving drunk in the city.
Shortly before 9 PM, police were called to the Frederick Fair fairgrounds for reports of a crash.
Arriving officers found a single vehicle accident and say the driver, Leoncio Jarquin, smelled like alcohol.
After failing a field sobriety test, Jarquin was placed under arrest. He has been charged with DUI, DWI, and driving without a license.
