Frederick, Md (KM) A Frederick man is charged with six counts of fourth-degree sex offense. Eliezer Juan Garcia, 22, was served with a criminal summons on October 20th.
Police say they received a sex offense complaint in July of this year about a man who approach female victims from behind, and grabbed their buttocks. He then left the area.
Authorities say six such incidents occurred in the downtown are between July 24th and October 18th of this year.
Through the course of their investigation, detectives identified Garcia as the suspect.
The investigation into these incidents are still ongoing, and police are asking anyone with additional information about these crimes to get in touch with investigators.
