They were arrested following citizen complaints.
Frederick, Md (KM) Two men were arrested late Thursday night for vehicle tampering. Israel Herman Logan, 18, and Clyde Kiejer Morgan, 20, were taken into custody by Frederick Police.
Officers were dispatched at around 11:38 PM to Appletree Court to investigate complaints of vehicle tampering. They saw two men; one of them fled on foot, but Logan was detained at the scene.
Morgan was found 45-minutes later after a brief foot chase.
Both suspects were taken to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center. They’re with vehicle tampering.
