FREDERICK, Md. (KR) The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help in their investigation of a missing woman from New Market.
49-year old, Julia Caroline Tatum Pugh was reported missing on November 6th. Officers say she is a white woman, about 5ft. 5 in. tall and weighs 200 lbs. Pugh has brown hair and green eyes and authorities believe she is with her car, a 2005 burgundy Chrysler PT Cruiser with Maryland tags #3FBT10.
