Hagerstown Police Investigating Shots-Fire Incident

Some vehicles were damaged, but no one was hurt.

 


Hagerstown, Md (KM) There were no injuries from a shots-fired incident Sunday evening in Hagerstown.

Police responded to the 800 block of Mulberry Avenue at around 8:23 PM for numerous reports of shots-fired. When they arrived, officers noticed several vehicles had been damaged by gunshots.

A car described by witnesses was seen leaving the area, and officers followed and tried to stop the vehicle. But they broke off the chase in the area of North Jonathon Street.

Authorities say the intended target is known by the shooter, and the public is not in any danger.
