MVA Offices To Be Closed Thanksgiving Day

That includes VEIP Inspection stations.

Glen Burnie, Md. (KM) The Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration says all of its offices around the state will be closed on Thursday, November 24th in observance of Thanksgiving Day. That means all full service Vehicle Emissions Inspection Stations will be closed as well.  But the state’s ten self-service VEIP kiosks will remain open.

All MVA offices will reopen on Friday, November 25th.

The agency says there are many transactions which can be conducted on line. They include vehicle registration renewals; identification card renewals; driver’s license renewals; getting duplicate or additional registration cards; replacing titles; change of address; driving records; temporary registration; purchasing  license plates; downloading  and printing  specific forms; getting information on Administrative Flag Fees; and VEIP Test date extension.
