Burn Ban Lifted In Frederick County

It was put in place earlier this month due to fire dangers.

Frederick, Md (KM)  The Frederick County Fire Marshal’s Office has lifted the burn ban in the county.

The ban was instituted on November 18th after the Maryland Department of Natural Resources classified the fire danger at that time as “high” or “very high.”

Fire officials say the ban was lifted early Tuesday morning, but they urge residents to be careful when doing any outdoor burning.
