Police say one suspect is a juvenile charged as an adult.
Hagerstown, Md (KM) Hagerstown Police have charged three suspects with numerous offenses following a shots-fired incident last week. Brayan Menjou, 18, Lookman-Khalil Abolago Bello, 18, and Elijah Thomas Dozier, 17, have been charged with attempted murder, assault and conspiracy counts, and handgun related offenses.
They’re are being held at the Washington County Detention Center.
All three are Hagerstown Residents.
Investigators say Dozier is a juvenile whose being charged as an adult.
Officers say they responded to the 100 block of East Baltimore Street on Tuesday evening, November 22nd, and located a vehicle with bullet holes. The victims say they were sitting in the car at the time of the shootings. No one was injured.
