Hagerstown, Md (KM) A Hagerstown teenager has been charged as an adult with handgun violations.
Police say a traffic stop was conducted in the 100 block of South Walnut Street at around 10:26 PM on Friday. During the course of their investigation, officers located a handgun.
They arrested Anthony Wayne Windsor, 16, charging him with possession of a handgun by a minor, having a handgun on his person and possession of alcohol by a someone under 21. He was taken to the Adult Detention Center.
Eight other juveniles in the car were all charged with possession of alcohol by persons under 21.
