Westminster, Md (KM) The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office says it’s still seeking information on the whereabouts of Kristin Marie Spurrier. Authorities say the 25-year-old woman was last seen on Saturday, February 4th in Westminster.
She may be in the Owings Mills area of Baltimore County, according to authorities, and could be driving a gray, 2010 Ford Fusion with Maryland license plates 8CS8690.
