Police say he had PCP and ‘spice.’

Frederick, Md (KM) A Frederick man was arrested Friday night  on drug offenses. David Germaine Wilson, 45, was taken into custody in the unit block of Monocacy Boulevard. He’s charged with possession of synthetic marijuana, possession and possession of PCP.

Police say an officer doing a patrol check on some businesses in that area observed a man trying to hide behind a light pole in a parking lot. He approached the man and saw him drop an item to the ground. After making contact, the officer said he detected a strong odor of PCP on Wilson’s person.

Other officers were called to the scene and checked the area where Wilson was trying to hide. They found a quantity of PCP and synthetic marijuana or “spice.”

Wilson was placed under arrest, and transported to the Adult Detention Center for processing.
