The incident occurred Wed. afternoon.
Frederick, Md (KM) A Frederick man has been charged with indecent exposure. Police say Jacob L. Taylor, 32, was taken into custody Wednesday afternoon near 1080 West Patrick Street.
Officers responded to that area at around 1:39 PM to investigate a report of indecent exposure. The victim gave a detail description of Taylor as the suspect.
He was subsequently arrested, and taken to the Adult Detention Center for processing.
