FREDERICK, MD. (DG)-A Frederick man has been arrested for indecent exposure.
Frederick City Police received a call from two women on Saturday afternoon at around 1 PM about a man touching himself inappropriately in the 200 block of North Market Street behind a clear glass door.
Officers responded to the scene and arrested Eliezer Juan Garcia. He has been charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, and disturbing the peace.
