Police say it is a crime scene.
FREDERICK, Md. (DG)-Frederick City Police are are the scene of a body found in the Monocacy River near the old Walmart location off of Rt 26.
Around 10:45 AM rescue units responded to 1801 Monocacy Blvd to the Riverside Park Boat ramp to get the body out of the water.
