Frederick, Md (KM) Former Frederick County Commissioner Bruce Reeder has died. He passed away Thursday morning at the age of 90.
Reeder served as County Commissioner from 1990-94, 1994-98, but was defeated for re-election. He was elected in 2002 for another term as County Commissioner, and served until 2006.
Even though he was a life long Democrat, Reeder crossed party lines to work with Republicans.
In addition to his time as a County Commissioner, Reeder was also a member of the Maryland Lottery Commission.
