They were arrested on Thursday.

Frederick, Md (KM) Two suspects have been charged with breaking into the SNAX Old Farm convenience store. Frederick Police on Thursday charged John Jesse Luciano Sedillo, 28, with one count each of 2nd-degree burglary, theft less than $1,000 and destruction of property less than $1,000 and three counts of conspiracy. Lindsay Elizabeth Sulimo,, 28, is charged with 2nd-degree burglary, 2nd-degree attempted burglary, theft less than $1,000, destruction of property less than $1,000 and three counts of conspiracy.

Both are Frederick residents.

Authorities say the store at 2050 Yellow Springs Road was broken into on January 1st. Individuals used a brick to break the glass after trying to get in by hitting or kicking the door. They stole multiple items, including cigarettes and money.

The SNAX Old Farm was the target of an attempted break-in on February 23rd. The would-be burglar tried to break the glass, but was unsuccessful and left.

Detectives say they were able to identify Sedillo and Sulima as the suspects through video surveillance.

Police say the two broke into the store on January first, but Sulima is the only suspect who tried to break into the SNAX Old Farm on February 23rd.
