Frederick, Md (LR) A female student at Tuscarora High School was arrested and charged with gun and drug offenses.
On Thursday, Frederick County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 18-year-old Marycruz Arroyo after a search and seizure warrant was executed. Arroyo was found in possession of 24 grams of marijuana, several Xanax pills and a .22 caliber revolver.
She was transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center and is awaiting a bond review hearing.
According to a news release from the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office, Arroyo is in the country illegally. Immigration and Customs Enforcement have been notified.
