Frederick Police Department Investigating Robbery At A CVS Store

As the suspects began to flee, an employee attempted to stop one of them.


Frederick, MD.(DG) – An employee of a local drug store was injured during a robbery Tuesday  night in Frederick.

Frederick City Police responded to the CVS Store on S. Jefferson St. shortly before 10 PM for a robbery.

Police learned two black males stole prescription narcotics from the pharmacy area. As the suspects began to flee, an employee attempted to stop one of them. The employee sustained an injury and both suspects were able to escape.

The employee was transported to Frederick Memorial Hospital to treat his non-life threatening injury.
