FREDERICK, Md. (DG) – Maryland State Police in Frederick will have more troopers on patrol for St. Patrick’s Day in hopes of keeping the highways safer, as many people will be celebrating this holiday.
Police are encouraging you to have a designated driver if you plan on consuming any alcoholic beverages.
Authorities also ask motorists who see someone operating a vehicle in a reckless manner, or if you believe someone is driving while under the influence, to call 911 or #77.
