Frederick, Md (KM) The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing teenager. Katherine Yesenia Mendez-Palacio, 14, was last seen on the evening of March 7th at her residence in Jefferson.
She’s believed to have left on her own accord, and could be staying in the Frederick city area with a 19-year-old man.
Katherine is Hispanic, five-feet tall, 110-pounds, with straight, shoulder length black hair and brown eyes.
