Police Arrest Man For Armed Robberies

At three of the robberies, he displayed a silver handgun as he demanded money from employees.


FREDERICK, MD – The suspect responsible for four robberies at three locations in Frederick has been arrested by police.

Frederick City Police report Sean Shorb was taken into custody Wednesday and charge with numerous offenses.

Shorb has been identified as the robbery suspect of the Subway restaurant on Thomas Johnson Drive on March 19th and April 5th. The robbery of the 7-Eleven store on Amber Drive on March 23rd, and the PNC Bank on West 7th St. on March 23rd.

At three of the robberies, Shorb displayed a silver handgun as he demanded money from employees.

Shorb has been charged with first degree assault, reckless endangerment, armed robbery, theft, and burglary.
