Arc Floor Co. Inc., a commercial floor company in Frederick, MD., has an immediate opening to hire an experienced field supervisor with at least 5 years experience managing jobs and crews.
Duties will include going to various projects, setting up schedules, and managing multiple labor crews performing all types of floor installations. Must have a thorough knowledge of floor preparation, ceramic tile, carpet, resilient installations, etc. Will interact and attend job site foreman’s meetings as necessary and follow the contractor’s schedule to complete projects on time.
