Frederick Man Arrested For Burglary

Police say he was seen taking things from a shed in a backyard.

 

 

 

Frederick, Md (KM) Burglary charges have been filed against a Frederick man. David P. Christner, 55, was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon.

 

Police say they were called to the 300 block of Sherman Avenue at around 3:18 PMĀ  for a burglary in progress. Officers learned that a man wearing a purple shirt was in the victim’s backyard taking items from the shed. When he was confronted by the victim, the man fled on foot.

 

Police were able to locate the man and place him under arrest.

 

Christner was taken to the Adult Detention Center for processing. He’s charged with 2nd-degree burglary and 4th-degree burglary.
