Police say victims are teenagers
MONTGOMERY VILLAGE, Md. (DG) – Montgomery County Police are investigating a double murder that happened Monday night in a car in the 8200 block of Gallery Court in Montgomery Village.
Detectives say a 911 caller reported the sound of shots fired in Montgomery Village. Responding officers found two people with apparent gunshot wounds in a car. Both victims died at the scene.
Police have identified the victims as Shadi Adi Najjar, 17 years old, of Breezedale Lane in Germantown, and Artem S. Ziberov, 18 years old, of Flag Harbor Drive in Germantown.
