Two Arrested For Armed Robbery

Police accused them of stealing more than $1,000 in electronics from an individual.

 
Frederick, Md (KM) Two Frederick men are charged in connection with a robbery last week. Police say Joseph Daniel Smith, 20, and Michael Joseph Cocilova, 34, were arrested following an armed  robbery  in the 1100  block of Keswick Place on June 15th.

A man told officers that he had been robbed at this residence by two men who threatened him with a weapon. They stole over $1,000 worth of electronics from the victim’s home.

Detectives say they were able to identify Smith and Cocilova as the suspects. Both are charged with armed robbery, robbery, theft over $1,000 and 2nd-degree assault.
