Thurmont, Md (KM) A Thurmont man has been charged with 1st- and 2nd-degree assault, and reckless endangerment. Police say Joshua Ray Bare, 20, was arrested on Wednesday for an incident on Sunday afternoon.
Officers say they responded to Sunny Way at Sunny Court at around 2:30 PM for an assault in progress. They found two men and one woman involved in an argument which turned physical. . One of the men hit another with a metal pipe..
Authorities say Bare was injured in the face, and taken to the hospital for treatment.
Bare is being held without bond at the Frederick County Adult Detention Center.
