FREDERICK, Md. (KR) The Downtown Frederick Partnership will be hosting Movie Nights at Carroll Creek Amphitheater. Movies will be shown on the third Friday of every month, gates open at 8PM and the show will begin at 9PM.
Admission is free and snacks, wine and beer will be available for purchase. Local residents can to bring an lawn chair and set up with friends for the community event. Previously rescheduled, on Friday, July 7th, Steven Spielberg classic, E.T. will kick off the event.
The next film on July 21st will be Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl.
August 18th will be a screening of the animated comedy, Shrek.
September 15th, will be a showing of the teen drama and Shakespearean adaptation 10 Things I Hate About You.
Closing out the series will be Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.
