Rockville, Md (KK) A mother who is the last person known to have seen her children before they disappeared was in Montgomery County District Court Thursday.
Catherine Hoggle was once again deemed incompetent to stand trial by doctors at the Clifton T Perkins Medical Center where she’s been held for the past two years. Hoggle’s children Jacob and Sarah disappeared in September of 2014. They were two and three years old at the time.
Hoggle has been charged with two counts of neglect of a child, two counts of detaining a child, and one count of obstructing and hindering justice. She is scheduled to appear in court for another hearing on August 31st.This will be her last status hearing before September when she will have been incarcerated for three years.
