Thurmont Police Arrest Woman After Her Husband Is Stabbed

She’s charged with assault & reckless endangerment.

 


Thurmont, Md (KM) A Thurmont woman has been charged with stabbing her husband. Jaime Lynn Wills, 25, was arrested early Sunday morning following a domestic incident at her home on Sunny Close.

Police say officers were dispatched to that address at around 12:46 AMĀ  for a disturbance. As they were trying to resolve an argument between Wills and her brother, she went inside the home and began arguing with her husband.

Officers say they entered after hearing a disturbance. They found Wills’ husband in an upstairs bedroom with a stab wound to his back. He was taken to Frederick Memorial Hospital treatment. His injuries do not appear to be life threatening.

Police say Wills got into a dispute with her husband while officers were outside, and he was stabbed. Wills is charged with 1st- and 2nd-degree assault, and reckless endangerment.

She was taken to the Adult Detention.
