Shots Fired In Frederick

No one was injured.


FREDERICK, Md. (DG) – Frederick Police are investigating two cases of shots being fire in the city.

Officers responded to the 500 Blk of Carrollton Drive Saturday shortly before 10 PM for a report of gunshots being fired. Police found several vehicles and other objects that were hit by bullets.

At around 10:15 PM, officers responded to the area of the Lucas Village Community for a call of gunfire. Officers spoke with several people in the area, conducted a search and determined there was no gunfire.

Frederick Police are asking anyone with information on these cases to call their tip line at 301-600-TIPS (8477).
