Westminster, Md (KM Damage is estimated at $80,000 to the structure and $10,000 the contents following a house fire in Carroll County Wednesday night.
The Maryland State Fire Marshal’s Office says at around 6:54 PM, 50 fire fighters were dispatched to the one-alarm blaze at a one-and-a-half-story wood frame home at 2732 Nicodemus Road in Westminster, and spent 35-minutes bringing the flames under control.
There were no injuries.
The fire originated in the carport. The cause remains under investigation, according to the Fire Marshal’s Office.
