Frederick, MD (DG) – Frederick Police are investigating a crash Wednesday night involving a motorcycle.
Officers responded to the intersection of North Market Street and 4th Street around 8:45 PM, and found an accident involving a motorcycle. Police say the victim and motorcycle were laying in the street.
The motorcyclist sustained upper body injuries and was flown to an area hospital for treatment. Their injuries are not believed to be life threatening. The victim was wearing a helmet.
Police closed the intersection for about 30 minutes and say the investigation is on-going.
