Both were for drug offenses.
Frederick, Md (KM) The Frederick County Grand Jury handed down two indictments on Friday, and both were for drug offenses.
Alfred Richard Thompson III, 21, of Frederick is charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of paraphernalia (a digital scale) for an offense which occurred on June 20th, 2017. .
Also indicted on Friday was Jon Carlo Johnston, 21, of Woodsboro, for possession of marijuana and possession with intent to distribute pot for an incident which occurred on June 22nd, 2017.
Indictments move these two cases to the Circuit Court where a trial date will be set.
