Van Driver (P/T) (731300)
Adult Medical Day Care Center is hiring a driver to join our dynamic team. Driver will be responsible for providing escorted door to door transportation to elderly and disabled clients, to and from home and center via 12 passenger van. All routes are in Frederick County. Position is Monday through Friday. Split shift 7:15am-approx 10am, 2:30-approx 5:30pm. There will be some opportunities for additional hours during day, but not guaranteed. Driver must be 23 or older (great job for retirees), have HS Diploma or GED, and clean driving record (no points). No CDL required, but must pass DOT physical and drug test. Must be able to bend/lift and willing to become CPR/1st Aide Certified. Must be customer service oriented, friendly, and personable.

Building Maintenance Engineer (P/T) (708342) $15+/hr. to start
Summary: Provide preventive and corrective maintenance services on equipment, buildings, grounds, and vehicles to ensure safety to all persons, including staff and visitors, and to extend the serviceability and appearance of these items. Residential Coaches work one to one with adults with disabilities to live independently in their homes and to lead inclusive lives in our community. Multiple positions are available at this time, in Brunswick and Frederick locations, on both Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 8am-8pm. Residential Coaches must be comfortable providing personal care, be able to lift and transfer people, and have reliable transportation. This is an hourly position.
