Frederick, Md (KM) Citizens will have the chance to speak with Frederick County Executive Jan Gardner and ask questions about county government. Gardner will be holding a “Talk of the Town” on Thursday, October 5th from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM.. Residents can also express their ideas for the future and bring up any concerns.
At 7:00 PM, County Executive Gardner will hold a Town Hall meeting to gather input from citizens on what they would like to see in the County’s 2018 Legislative Package.
Both events will be held in the first floor hearing room of Winchester Hall, 12 East Church Street in Frederick.
“Open government requires open doors and open dialogue. I encourage citizens to share their ideas and provide feedback. The best ideas come from citizens,” says Gardner in a statement.
The county says the “Talk of the Town” will not be telecast, but the Legislative Town Hall will be broadcast live on FCG-TV, cable channel 19, and webcast at www.FrederickCountyMD.gov/video.
