No one can use the fields when they’re closed.
Frederick, Md (KM) Because of the rain and wet conditions, all Frederick city sports fields are closed today (Wed). That includes all city leased fields and all school fields.
No one is allowed to use the fields when they’re closed. Violators could face penalties.
If a permitted league is found to be using a closed field, it could be fined, or face the loss of the field for the season. An unpermitted user will be issued a warning or citation.

Field closings are posted on the city’s web page by 2:00 PM on weekdays, and by 8:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday.
