Firefighters from the Sykesville Volunteer Fire Department responded to a one commercial building fire on Monday afternoon.
Md (LR) The State Fire Marshal’s Office says 15 firefighters responded to Rental Solutions at 1830 Liberty Road in Eldersburg around 1:30 p.m. and spent 40 minutes bringing the flames under control.
No one was hurt.
Authorities say employees discovered the fire in the storeroom.
Investigators say the fire was accidental and caused by discarded smoking materials.
The damage is estimated at $300 to the structure.
