Family Displaced By Fire in Hagerstown

The fire caused $100,000 worth of damage late Monday night.

Hagerstown, MD (DG) – A one-alarm fire caused $100,000 worth of damage to a home in Hagerstown on Monday night.

Washington County fire fighters responded to1908 Maplewood Drive for the house fire shortly after 10 PM.

It took 49 fire fighters, 30 minutes to bring the flames under control.

Fire Marshals say the blaze started in the attic.

The family was displaced and is being assisted by other family members.
