77-year-old woman died after being hit by car in Frederick, Md.
Frederick, Md. (DG) – The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal pedestrian accident that happened on Wednesday night.
Deputies say a 77-year-old woman was killed after being hit by a car in the area of Crestwood Blvd. and Kernel Court.
The accident happened around 5:30 PM. There is no crosswalk located at this intersection or street lights.
Police say the driver of the striking vehicle remained at the scene.
The victim has been identified as Htwe Zing of Frederick, Md.
Investigators say neither speed or alcohol were factors in this accident.
