Head to Downtown Frederick for Frosty Friday! On Friday, there will be fun for the whole family….including extended hours and specials for several shops and eateries, carriage rides, entertainment, and Santa’s arrival at 7pm!
The historic town of Shepardstown will kick off its annual Christmas in Shepardstown on Friday, featuring a bonfire, the lighting of the town tree and visits with santa!
Support Frederick County’s local, small businesses and pledge to shop small on Saturday!
Join the Weinberg Center on Saturday from 3 to 5 PM for Weinberg Winterfest. Admission is free to this caroling sing-along with any cash or canned food donation to benefit the Community Action Agency of Frederick City.
The City of Westminster Recreation and Parks Department is hosting their Miracle on Main Street Downtown event featuring live music, a jingle bell run, a parade, and their annual tree lighting celebration! The event is on Saturday and kicks off at 4 PM in downtown Westminster.
On Sunday from 1-3 PM, come share your talent at Dublin Roasters Coffee’s Open Mic Event!
Get to Skate Frederick on Sunday, as the Western Maryland Blueliners Ice hockey team consisting of active duty Police Officers from Frederick and Washington counties will face the current, retired, and prior service members that make up the Frederick Force Hockey Club! The game starts at 5:30 pm with 100% of the proceeds benefiting Christmas Cash for Kids!

On Saturday join the town of Shepardstown for their annual Christmas parade at 10 am.
Don’t miss the annual HO HO HO Show holiday and craft bazaar at The Frederick News Post Building on Sunday! There will be over 30 vendors featuring local artisans, holiday gifts and décor, kids’ crafts and prizes! The event runs from 10 am to 3pm and admission is free!
