Union Bridge, Md (KM) There were no injuries from a barn fire Friday morning in the Union Bridge area.
The Maryland State Fire Marshal’s Office says 40 fire fighters responded to the one-alarm blaze at 3982 Watson Lane. They spent 25-minutes bringing the flames under control. No one was injured.
Damage is estimated at $40,000 to the structure, and $30,000 to the contents. .
The cause remains under investigation, but officials say the fire originated in the interior of the barn.
