Frederick, Md (KM) The search is on for a missing girl in Frederick. Police say Yesenia Noemi Martinez Lopez, age 12, was last seen on Sunday afternoon in the 1200 block of Rutledge Place.
She is an Hispanic female, 5’5″, 180 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair which has been dyed blond and red. Yesenia is believe to be staying with friends in the Frederick area.
