Friday, 12/8- Sunday, 12/10
The New Market Volunteer Fire Company is hosting a Christmas Mega Bingo and will be giving away over $11,000 in cash prizes on Friday (December 8th)! Doors open at 5 pm and they’re encouraging the public to come on out and support them!
Join The Shuckin Shack Oyster Bar for their 2 year anniversary party on Friday night! Help them celebrate and enjoy incredible happy hour pricing that will last all night long!
Head to Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium on Saturday December 9th from 10 am to 1 pm for the Frederick Keys Holiday Event! The event is free and fans of all ages are encouraged to attend and bring a toy for Toy for Tots, meet Keyote Claus, participate in the cooKEY contest and get some last minute shopping at the Keys team store for gifts and 2018 season tickets.
Join The Brunswick Volunteer Ambulance and Rescue Company Auxiliary on Saturday for filled with fun activities! They will be sponsoring a big prize basket raffle at the BVA & R Building with over $2,000 in prizes! Drawings will be held during “Breakfast with Santa” from 6 to 11 AM! Then, stick around for their Christmas Open House from 1 to 4 PM and take pictures with Rudolph, participate in arts and crafts, decorate cookies and so much more!
Join Shepherd University for their annual Holiday Gala concert with performances on Saturday and Sunday (December 9th and 10th)!
Monocacy National Battlefield is hosting “Museums by Candlelight” on Saturday at the historic Gambrill House on Saturday from noon to 5 PM! Enjoy Civil War era music, learn about the house, and make a unique craft to take home with you for the holidays!
Macaroni Kid Frederick and Macaroni Kid Mt. Airy-Damascus-Urbana are encouraging the public to come out to “Christmas in the Country” on Sunday! Bring the whole family to Green Meadows Petting Farm from 1 to 5 PM and join them for this free old-fashioned Christmas event including pictures with Santa, hayrides, carolers, hot cocoa…and so much more!

Friday, 12/15- Sunday, 12/17
Mark your calendars on Friday, December 15th at 7 PM for the Festival of Lights hosted by Celebrate Frederick! Don’t miss one of the holiday season’s most inspiring and community tradition-based events that will include holiday greetings, carols and a moving candle lighting ceremony.
Head to the Frank Theater in Shepherdstown to catch performances of The Nutcracker on Saturday and Sunday (December 16th and 17th) and a TubaChristmas concert on Saturday!
