Suspect Arrested In Gun Shop Break-In Saturday Morning

He was picked up by police on Monday.

 


Frederick, Md (KM) A suspect in the burglary of the Gun Center in Frederick on Saturday was apprehended early Monday morning. Police say Dylan Richard Fox, 24, of Germantown was taken into custody in the 1600 block of Rosemont Avenue shortly after midnight.

He’s charged with one count each of 1st-degree burglary, 4th degree burglary and malicious destruction of property.

Officers were dispatched early Saturday morning at 3:12 to the Gun Center at 1713 Rosemont Avenue for a commercial burglary. They noticed the front window had been broken out. The suspect had tried to enter the store, but fled before police arrived. Nothing was taken from the business.

An investigation identified Fox as the suspect. He was taken into custody without incident.
