The 12 year old was raped after an online solicitation.
Frederick , Md. (DG) – A Montgomery County man has been arrested for raping a 12-year-old Frederick boy.
Police say 63-year-old Ramon De Los Reyes solicited sex from the boy online on December 11, 2017. De Los Reyes drove to Frederick to pick up the child, and took him back to a home in Silver Spring where he raped the boy.
The victim was returned home after he was assaulted.
Police served a search warrant on December 14th on a residence in Montgomery County where the incident took place. De Los Reyes was taken into custody and is charged with second-degree rape, sexual solicitation of a minor, and third-degree sex offense. He is being held without bail.
De Los Reyes is listed as a sex offender.
