Day Program Facilitator (773442)
The Day Program Facilitator will oversee the daily activities to achieve individuals’ stated goals, support clients in daily care of home including housekeeping & maintenance, assist in meal preparation, and assist in client community outings. Will assist in facilitation of member activity as assigned; assist with medication monitoring and money management planning according to policy; assist with arranging and providing transportation; and much more.

Fitness Manager (772117)
The Fitness Manager will manage and develop the fitness department in an assigned gym, provide training and leadership for new and existing personal trainers, ensure personal trainers are scheduled and equipped to deliver service to clients. He/she will work with all gym personnel to involve them in fitness education and sales.
