Police found stolen items on him.
Frederick, Md. (DG) – A man was locked up by police on Wednesday for stealing from vehicles in Frederick.
Police officers were dispatched to the 400-block of Biggs Ave around 1:30 PM for a disturbance and found Meredith Fouche laying on the ground.
Several witnesses told police that Fouche had been opening car doors in the area. An officer spoke with the vehicle owners, and they said items had been stolen from their cars.
Fouche was placed under arrest. When he was searched, officers found the missing items on him.
Fouche has been charged with theft, rogue, and vagabond.
Frederick Police are reminding citizens to keep their vehicles locked at all times.
