Frederick Police Arrest Suspect in Auto Theft

The suspect was seen inside of a parked vehicle.

 

FREDERICK, MD. (LG)  Frederick City Police made another arrest after a suspect was seen attempting to steal items out of a parked car. It happened early Friday morning during a patrol check in the area of Amber Drive at Noblewood Court.   Authorities said a vehicle parked in the 1800 block of Noblewood Court was seen by an officer with it’s dome light on and the passenger door open. When the officer approached the car, a male suspect was seen inside before attempting to flee the area, police said.   After a brief foot chase, Damion Wulah was apprehended. He’s charged with Rogue and Vagabond, as well as Theft.

Police are continuing to increase their patrols and reminding citizens to keep their vehicles locked at all times.
