Frederick, Md (KM) A male juvenile has been charged in connection with an assault last week.
Frederick Police say on Friday afternoon, a female jogger was approached by a youth and assaulted in the 300 block of Rockwell Terrace. Authorities say she was able to fight off her attacker,. but she suffered minor injuries.
Investigators say they were able to identify the juvenile. He’s charged with 2nd-degree assault and 4th-degree sex offense. Because he’s a minor, police are not making his name public.
Authorities are continuing their investigation into this incident, and are asking anyone who may have additional information to give them a call.
